Q - Is it normal if the AM/PM light just lit up during
setting the watch and not in normal mode
A - Yes , the AM/PM lit up just during setup, during normal use it will
not. We assume everyone knows which part of the day it is.

A - Yes the Titanium version is lighter than the Stainless Steel version
which is an original light gun metal color

back cover. It correspond to a specific model.
Q - Where and from who should I buy my SolSuno watch ?
A - Please visit our info page with all
the official agents par of the SOLSUNO network
Q - How long does the battery last ?
A - Normal usage using flickering mode 24 hours 6 to 8 months (tested)
A - Normal usage not using flickering mode 14 to 18 months (tested)
Q - How do I know when the battery needs changing ?
A - When the battery is low, all the LED's may start to go crazy
or just stop working.
Q - What type of battery do I need and to find it ?
A - The SOLSUNO uses one CR2032 lithium battery 210mAh, it could
be found in any professional watch shop
Q - How do I change the battery ?
A - Take the watch to your local professional jeweler. Make sure
not to loose the plastic film inside and put it back in the right position
before closing the back cover
Q - To what extent are SOLSUNO watches water-resistant
?
A - Most models are rated to withstand water pressure up to 50m/160
feet . Unlike the term "waterproof," water resistance is not
a permanent condition; it must be maintained. The back cover must be fully
in place and parts such as the crystal, case, and pushbuttons must
remain intact for the watch to stay water-resistant.
Q - What degree of quality testing do SOLSUNO
watches undergo?
A - Each new watch series undergoes multiple quality control tests
in an independent laboratory in Hong Kong. Each individual watch is put
through its own visual inspection, time test, and water-resistance test.
Q - Are SOLSUNO watches shock-resistant?
A - All SOLSUNO watches are shock-resistant in a "normal"
usage.
Q - How can I pay for my repair fees ?
A - Your watch will be delivered after payment has cleared.
Q - How should I pack my watch if I need to send
it out for repairs ?
A - Please send your watch to ZEON, at the address listed in your
instructions/guarantee booklet. Enclose your name and address, your
phone number, a brief description of the fault and send by UPS, FedEx,
EMS or by registered and insured mail, as we are not responsible
for the watch until we receive it. If available, add a copy of the original
purchase receipt. If the watch is still under guarantee, it will be repaired
and sent back, but in case there are some additional repair expenses,
a quotation will be sent to you. If the watch is without purchase receipt,
please write indicating where and when it was purchased. Please include
15£ for shipping and handling back to you
Q - One on the button does not return to
its original place and is hard to use, what should I do?
A - Nothing to worry about, the SolSuno is 50m resistant and its
buttons are mounted very tight, they should be
well cleaned after usage with water to avoid any deposit which may cause
the buttons to be hard to use. The most effective way to keep your buttons
in good condition is to put a drop of oil on each one and play with them
4/5 times to lubricate them. You can repeat the operation every time you
feel it may need it
